Welcome to On A Block. Below outlines our Terms and Conditions for our ordering process, proofing your  photos and artwork and our end products. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Who is On a Block and what do they do?

On A Block is a small Australian company offering unique products for you to print your photos and artwork onto via UV Printing technology. We pride ourselves on quality without compromising the environment, while offering great customer service.

 

Ordering & Proofs:

  1. When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the selection of the desired product, quantity, size, and any other applicable options.

  2. We offer proofs to ensure accuracy and allow you to review the design and layout of your custom printed product before production.

  3. When reviewing your design on our website, please allow 2-4mm of image on all sides to be trimmed when printing edge to edge. This is called a bleed area.

  4. Proofs will be provided to you electronically, either through email or via our website. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors, typos, or design inconsistencies. 

  5. If a proof is emailed to you, you must promptly approve the proof or communicate any necessary changes or revisions. Failure to respond or approve the proof within the specified timeframe may result in delays in production and shipment.

  6. Please note that the colours and appearance of the proof may not precisely match the final printed product due to variations in screen display settings and printing processes. 

  7. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any photos or artwork provided for printing. Please refer below to Intellectual Property.

 

Enlarging an image:

  1. We cannot guarantee that the enlarged image will precisely match the quality or resolution of the original image. The final result may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of the sourced image.

 

Quality and Accuracy:

  1. We strive to provide accurate representations of the final printed products on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colours, textures, and other details will precisely match what you see on your screen or receive in person. Variations may occur due to differences in display settings, printing processes and product finishes.

  2. It is your responsibility to review the final proof and supporting example imagery of your final artwork before approving it for production. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and we will not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the final product.

 

Wood:

  1. Wood is a natural product and therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact match of colour or texture between different wood finishes or between the finished product and any samples or digital representations provided.

 

Payment:

  1. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. All payments are subject to verification and approval.

  2. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

  3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

  4. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

  5. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the services or products.

 

Production & Delivery Times:

  1. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your products within the timeframes outlined in our FAQ’s page during the order process. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Cancellations:

  1. Cancellations or changes to your order may be accommodated if requested before production begins. However, once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please review Errors and Damages below for more information.

  2. We will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or transportation delays.

  3. In the event of damage or loss during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy and follow the designated procedures for filing a claim.

  

Lost Delivery:

  1. All our orders are sent with a tracking number. If your order has not arrived within the recommended time by the courier, please refer to the Courier’s Lost Parcel policy for compensation.

  2. We take no responsibility for the loss of an order once it leaves our hands.

 

Errors & Damages:

  1. If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos showing the damage for us to review and advise.

  2. Artwork can not be changed for the replacement

  3. Damage during transit isn’t grounds for a refund.

  4. If we have delivered the incorrect product, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order with your order number and a photo of the product you received, and we will review and advise the next steps.

 

Hanging:

  1. It is your responsibility to review the condition/location of your wall, shelf or furniture and determine the appropriate fixing method.

  2. We take no responsibility for the stability of hanging of our product.

 

Intellectual Property:

  1. You retain all rights to the photos and artwork you submit for printing. By uploading or providing any content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any photos or artwork you submit to us. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringement or unauthorised use of third-party materials.

  3. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the website owner or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

  4. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from our website without prior written permission from the website owner.

 

Promotions and Social Media:

  1. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or other special offers. Such offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated within the promotion.

  2. By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree that we may feature your finished product on our website or social media platforms unless you explicitly advise otherwise.

  1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  1. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
