  4. Unique and Natural: Every wood disc is cut directly from the tree, resulting in a distinctive and one-of-a-kind piece. While the size may vary slightly, we guarantee each disc will measure between 8-10cm in diameter.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE WOOD DISCS??

As they are cut directly from wood branches, they can vary slightly. However, we do choose the discs that range between 8-10cm.

WHAT WOOD ARE THE WOOD SLICES MADE FROM?

The wood slices are made from invasive pine trees that are growing in native bushland reserves and have been tasked to be removed to aid our native bushland. All wood slices come from trees grown within Australia.

CAN I PRINT MY OWN DESIGN?

Of course! Simply choose the photo only ornament and upload your design. Keep in mind there is a hole for the cord.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH DESIGNS AND STILL GET A DISCOUNT?

Absolutely! When you add any ornament on our website to the cart the discount will automatically apply.

HOW LONG IS THE STAKE?

The cord is approximately 25cm long.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR THE WOOD?

The wood is in a raw and smooth condition, with un-sanded edges. As the wood isn't sealed, the wood will discolour over time which is the charm of it.

As the wood gets wet, it will show water marks. If this is something you would prefer not to see we would suggest keeping them away when watering your plants.

The ink is weather resistant and will stand rain and sun.

HOW DO YOU PRINT ONTO WOOD?

The answer lies in the fascinating world of UV printing!

UV printing, or Ultraviolet printing, is a modern printing technique that uses a special kind of ink and ultraviolet light to print digital files onto different materials. Unlike traditional printing, which relies on air drying, UV printing uses UV light to instantly dry and harden the ink as it is being applied to the surface.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering is super easy! Simply find the product you wish to order on our website, complete the customisation fields, upload your image, add the product to the cart and process the payment at the check-out.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We are a small team and pride our ourselves on accuracy. Once your order is placed, production will begin within 4-5 working days (longer during peak periods, such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday etc). If you require your order quickly, be sure to purchase express shipping and we will endeavour to prioritise your order.

DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS, TRADE, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

We welcome orders big and small! If you would like to purchase large quantities, or you have a retail store, need to create promotional items, or you’re an artist/illustrator, please reach out and we can discuss your requirements.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN YOU DELIVER IT DIRECTLY TO THEM?

No problem at all. Remember to have their address as the delivery address.

You can also add a gift card with your own message when you are creating your product.

CAN I PRINT ARTWORK THAT IS FROM A BRAND?

Unfortunately, no. Brands have strict copyright laws which don’t allow anyone to reproduce their brand, characters or any other elements.

As much as we would love to print your little one’s favourite character or your favourite brand logo, we simply can’t due to copyright reasons.

HOW DO I PAY?

At the checkout, you will have the option to pay either via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zip Pay and AfterPay.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER MATERIALS TO PRINT ON?

We keep the items you see on the website in stock, however if you want to print onto something in particular, you can either supply the material or we can source it for you for a sourcing fee.

IS THE COLOUR CONSISTENT?

As wood is a natural product, colour may vary when the photo is printed directly without a white background. Also, colours vary depending on what device you are using. Often phones and computer screens appear brighter in colour than what is printed.

Standard shipping with tracking: $10
Express shipping with tracking: $20
Free Shipping on orders over $99 for Australian customers only.

If you are outside of Australia, feel free to email through the items you are interested and your location for a shipping quote.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

At this stage we don’t offer local pick up.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, absolutely! Simply send us your postal address prior via email, what you would like to order, and we will calculate the shipping for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUT-OFF DATES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, MOTHER’S DAY, ETC?

Keep an eye out on our social media and website for any approaching cut-off dates.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET?

We provide a tracking number for all our deliveries and is sent to you with your shipping confirmation (check you Junk Mail if you can’t find the email). Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the transit time once it leaves our end. If your delivery has taken over 10 days to arrive from the shipping date, we suggest you reach out to your delivery service.

MY BLOCK WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IT, WHAT DO I DO?

We do our best to package your order to avoid any damage during transit, however accidents can happen. If you receive your order and it has been damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos showing the damage. We will organise your order to be returned and a replacement sent.

Note:

  • Artwork can not be changed for the replacement
  • Damage during transit isn’t grounds for a refund.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

We are all human and mistakes can happen. If we have delivered the incorrect product, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order with your order number and a photo of the product you received and we will review and advise the next steps.

process returns/refunds.
